Blogging Your Way Out of Debt-How Can a Blog Reduce Debt by Don Penven (Brandywine)
The world’s economy is in turmoil.
Greece has gone under and doubts are being raised about Spain and Portugal. Here in the USA it’s a hot topic. So what went wrong?
Yes, the National Debt in the USA is 13 Trillion and ticking. Rich, poor and in those between all have reason to be concerned. Would it surprise you to know that over a one month period over 240,000 people searched the term “quick money” on Google? And another 246,000 searched “make easy money.”
People are desperately seeking answers
During one month over a half million desperate people were hoping for a miracle. But through personal experience, miracles are scarce on the Internet. Quick, easy money on the internet is largely a myth perpetrated by some Internet sharks. The sharks are the ones making the quick buck at the expense of people who are facing a mortgage foreclosure, repossessions, maxed out credit cards, and the list goes on and on.
Can you actually Make money on the Internet?
Yes, you can make money on the Internet and there are a number of legitimate ways to do it. You don’t need a degree in computer science…or a degree in anything for that matter. No, making money as an Internet marketer isn’t easy… but it is do-able. If it was easy…millions would be trying to do it so the competition would be staggering.
So if you are looking for that “quick buck, easy money” you will not find it here.
What does it take to start an Internet Business?
It takes a basic understanding of how to build a business, but not a hot dog stand or a pet walking service. I have a good understanding of how to use a computer. I’m mostly self-taught-no college or night school courses. I bought a computer over a decade ago and I learned how to use it. If I have a question or a problem I contact customer support-and when all else fails, I ask one of my grandchildren.
What does blogging have to do with reducing debt?
So where does blogging fit into this picture. Let me explain: the term blog is short for web-log. Blogs began as a means for people to tell their story-kind of like a public diary. With a blog, you make an entry and others are encouraged to read your story for information, and then reply right in the blog with their own comments.
Blogging your way out of debt
Yes this is possible and many folks are doing just that. They use a blog rather than a standard website for two reason I can think of:
1-Search engines tend to list blogs in the search results because they are constantly changing…adding new content.
2-Blogs are basically very simple to put up. There are no flashing lights, bells and whistles to catch your attention like so many websites display. In fact, blogs are more effective as sales tools because they lack distractions.
Websites vs. Blogs
At this writing I have more than 30 websites, but only two are hosted-meaning I pay a monthly fee for the privilege. The rest of my websites are free and include all of the tools I need to build them. I recently began putting up blogs for the same reasons listed above. Right now I have 7 of them-all free.
What is Affiliate Marketing
I use the websites and blogs as an affiliate marketer. I offer products created by someone else and they pay me a commission for each sale. The products I represent are electronic-electronic books (e-books and software). The products I support are listed by ClickBank, a billion dollar source for electronic products. I never deal with the purchaser and I never handle or ship a product. Here’s how this works:
1-I choose the products that interest me and register with the vendor (no charge for this). ClickBank gives me a coded link to identify who made the sale.
2-My primary means of getting traffic is by writing and posting articles, like the one you are reading, on article directories. At the end of my article I put in the link I got from ClickBank. Some articles, in fact most of the directories I post on, do not permit a direct link to the product. So I have to use a website or blog as a momentary side-trip to the product.
What does it take to be an Internet Marketer?
The one quality an Internet Marketer must have is a “WORK ETHIC.” Setting up an Internet business isn’t digging ditches, you can do it all sitting in a recliner tapping away on your laptop. But there is some time-consuming work involved. But the really great thing is that once the busy-work is finished, your business runs on “Auto Pilot.” Does that stir up your curiosity?
People search for information, look through the choices offered and when something strikes a chord, they pull out the credit card-regardless of the hour.
Introducing a Teenage Entrepreneur
Below I will introduce you to a true Internet entrepreneur. Adam is a teenager with a fantastic work ethic. He really is a “hoot.” He has created a step-by-step tutorial to help the not-so-computer-savvy folks like me. He will explain how his blogs make him $400 to $500 a day. That’s not instant riches but it will help with some of the bills, won’t it?
You will see firsthand the excitement in this teenager. But I warn you-it is contagious. Adam has a great product and is offering it for half of what it is worth. And it carries an unconditional, money back guarantee. This is practically a free trial for 60 days.
I believe in Miracles
Miracles do happen, I have experienced a few. But there really is no “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow-or the Internet. I’m hoping that your miracle for today was your finding this article. Was it a miracle or an accident? Don’s Website Whatever brought you to this point will remain a mystery. But what lies ahead if you click on this link can be a turning point if you read and absorb the content that follows. Give it a shot!
Dude, I Hate My Job That’s Adam, oh well, he’s a teenager, so what do you expect?
